We tried Gong Cha's Bubble Tea

Hi tea lover!

2 weeks ago a Gong Cha shop opened in Kingston, the city where we study. We were so excited that we went there for the opening! On this occasion, we also wanted to write an article on the famous tea shop. ✨

To start with a bit of history, the first Gong Cha shop was opened in 2006 in Taiwan, aka the birthplace of bubble tea. It was an immediate success, and since then the brand has expanded abroad and now has nearly 1,650 locations worldwide, including about 30 in Canada.

Gong Cha’s promise is to offer high quality tea and innovative recipes. Their philosophy: “To Inspire the Human Spirit and Create Happiness” 😌

And it is a promise kept for us! We really loved our experience there!

Gong Cha's Top menus😍

What we like 👍🏻 :

  • Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff

  • Possibility to dine-in, pick-up and delivery

  • Payment in cash, debit and credit cards

  • Downtown location on Princess Street, Kingston's main street

  • Regular discount offers

  • Variety and originality of the drinks: Hot, Cold, Blended

  • Prices cheaper than the competitors

  • Other products sold: croffles and bubble waffles

*We enjoyed these drinks together: Pearl Green Tea (Left), Royal Milk Tea with Pearls (Middle), Hot Earl Grey Milk Tea with 3J (Right)

Gong Cha Kingston also offers "croffles"!
